Server under attack?

Im trying for 1 hour to play but it looks like server is under ddos attack or the dedicated server has connectivity issues, any GM could take a look and inform us? thank you.

There is an abnormal 100% CPU utilization on average once a day, but we still cannot find out the reason. This time we prepared a toolkit to find the cause, but unfortunately we did not take into account the required RAM, it turned out to be insufficient to process the server machine with an active server. This has now been fixed, and once this problem starts again we will finally find the cause and fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
